Three Ingredient Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookie


  1. Preheat oven 350 F. 175 C.
  2. Gather ingredients
    1. 1 Egg
    2. 1 cup of sugar 
    3. 1 cup of peanut butter 
  3. Mix ingredients together until all is mixed.
  4. Make spoon full, or balls that you flatten and place on a cookie sheet or baking pan.            (I've done both.)
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Let cool on the baking tray out of the oven for 5-10 minutes to let the cookies set.
Other ways of using this recipe are for a cookie cake just use a thin baking sheet and bake an additional 5 minutes. If it is super thick run back and forth every three minutes making sure it does not burn, once it looks like the cookies do when they come out to take it out and let sit for half an hour.

(P.S. If you wish to use chocolate chips they can also be added to this recipe. Bake at between 12-15 minutes when chocolate is added.)
